In case of an operation of a child under 12 years, you would have to add 350,- euros more for the costs of anaesthesia.
The costs for the operation of an adult will not be covered/reimbursed by the health insurance.
Some private health insurances may pay back part of the costs, but never the whole fee of the operation, and only in the case of a child operation.
Distant earlobes may also be pinned back using the Dr. Merck stitch method during the same operation, and (unlike with traditional methods) without extra charge.
